New forum!

Right now I'm hosting a new forum.
I will be adding mods/changing the theme.
I will also be finding out how to make my own theme so I can make it look more like MapleStory

It's currently hosted on my webhost that I moderate for.

I might be able to convert it if Noobtube can get the database from ForumMotion.
